Office Space for Rent

I am offering 50% of my office space for rent, as I don't need all of it myself. It is located on the beach road in Lamai, with high traffic and pedestrian flow. My company will be providing dry mattress cleaning services, so I would prefer a tenant whose business could benefit from cooperation, such as Real Estate or Management. • The space is unfurnished; please bring your own chair and table. Air conditioning is available. • The price includes rent, water, and electricity, assuming normal usage. • Toilet and small kitchenette are available. • Long-term rentals are preferred, naturally. • No sleeping in the office, and working hours should be between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. I just moved in after the space was vacant for two years. So, there are some minor repairs needed, but I am addressing them.
