Office Space for Rent

I am offering 50% of my office space for rent, since I don't need all of it myself. It is on the beach road in Lamai, with a lot of traffic and people walking by. My company will be doing dry mattress cleaning, so I'd prefer to get another company in there which might be good for a cooperation. Real Estate, Management, and so on. • The space will come unfurnished, bring your own chair and table. Aircon is available. • The price includes rent, water, and electricity if used in a normal way. • Toilet and small kitchenette available. • Long-term rentals preferred, obviously. • No sleeping in the office, and working hours should not be before 08:00 in the morning and not later than 20:00 in the evening. I just moved in after this place has been empty for 2 years. So there will be some bits that need fixing, but I am working on that. If you have a dog, we can talk about him being in the office.
