Office Space for Rent

I am offering 50% of my office space for rent, as I don't need all of it myself. It is located on the beach road in Lamai, with high traffic and pedestrian flow. My company will be doing dry mattress cleaning, so I'd prefer to have another company there that would be a good fit for cooperation, such as Real Estate, Management, and so on. • The space will be unfurnished; please bring your own chair and table. Air conditioning is available. • The price includes rent, water, and electricity if used in a normal way. • A toilet and small kitchenette are available. • Long-term rentals are preferred, obviously. • No sleeping in the office, and working hours should not be before 08:00 in the morning or later than 20:00 in the evening. I just moved in after this place has been empty for 2 years, so there will be some things that need fixing, but I am working on that. If you have a dog, we can discuss him being in the office.
