Aircon is available. • The price includes rent, water, and electricity if used in a normal way. • Toilet and small kitchenette available. • Long-term rentals preferred, obviously. • No sleeping in the office, and working hours should not be before 08:00 in the morning and not later than 20:00 in the evening.
